The posted code is just the common MFC app skeleton which should work with VS 2010.

You should be more specific about your problem and use the debugger to locate the code section where the failures occur.

You need to write some code in order to make it do something.

Run VS 2010 as admin user and debug the code.

You don't need to be admin to debug code, especially as there is nothing here to debug.
