how to get unique name of SysListView32 datagrid if there is more than one SysListView32(datagrid) in c#.net?

when read data from another application(now.exe) for get real time data if application(now.exe) have two tabs in both tab have data are different , it also have 2 SysListView32 datagrid.

i want data of particulate SysListView32 datagrid data and also i want tab name
how can i get?
