How to migrate Azure SQL Codefirst DB to Oracle database?

Hi,

we have been developing a Web application with Windows Azure Code first SQL DB using Code first approach.

In the future we want to migrate our Azure SQL Code first DB to Oracle. If we migrate it to Oracle, does the application works fine? or do we need to do any additional actions in migrating from Azure SQL Code first db to Oracle DB?

It would be great if anyone provides me complete information on this.

If someone provides you with the complete information, shouldn’t he be paid what are supposed to be getting from your client/employer?

And may I ask you that “What have you tried so far[^]”?

I can imagine that internet has already enough information on similar topic. Might not be cooked as you expect, but enough for you to start with.

And as a personal tip, a migration never works as is. It’s a difficult process where the things which you don’t anticipate do not work after all. You should also consider a fall back scenario if certain things do not work you.
