How to create mutilevel vertical menu using c#

I am one please help me in creating the multi level menu in c# for my web application

The menu should be coming from data base and it should have three level in vertical

as shown below

Policy exception
-->Assessements
----->Enroll exception
----->Edit enrollment
-->Edit Assessents
----->Edit Exception
Aslc Appliction
-->Assessements
----->Enroll ASLC
----->Edit AsLC

Please let me know where to start.
