Hi i read many articles about these two but my English is not good and i couldn't understand well and please answer me in simple word in English
for example i have a program and now i want to sale it in all around the world and it not open source and its for sale which one of these is for this license or copyright?
please help me to understand which one i need

Surprisingly, the notion of "copyright" is different in different countries (domains of legislation). Please see this version, mostly focused on understanding of it in USA: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright[^].

There is a lot to do... I don't think I'm competent enough to tell you about it; there are very many commercial models. I don't think this question is certain enough and its topic is relevant to this forum...
