js/jq promo code/code using input box

Hello, so I've been testing out a few scripts online, but I wanted to see if anyone else could find a better solution( I don't care if it's unsecure/unsafe code ). Again, I just need an input box(maybe with a button) to detect if it's a promo code or not. And then if it is, it will redirect them to a site. Again, it doesn't have to be 100% secure, I have a way already of how I'm going to secure it myself. So if anybody could help me, that would be great!
