SSAS Tabular creating multiple Workspace tabular

Hello,

I have created a tabular Cube (Name:Cust_Sales) which i am processing twice in a day. While i deploy or process; there is workspace database creating in SSMS. so basically when i am connecting to SSSM i can see two different database.

1. Cust_Sales
2. Cust_Sales_admin_XXUUUUTT(Something)

Now the problem is when stake holders connect to SSAS cube using excel they see two different database.

Can u PLease help me with this. I want to see only one database when i process or deplou the cube
