You have to buy SMS api from any Mobile Service Provider company like idea,airtel,vodafone and many more ...

This SMS API have many different -2 type Offers and that will take Charge according SMS API offers ..

When you take this api your just have to pass Mobile Number , Msg Body and this will send message to destination Number.
