Visual Studio 2013 Community Edition Blank White Screen is Coming

Thanks in Advance,

I had installed Visual Studio 2013 Community Edition with update 4 on windows 8 ,
On Start up a white screen is appearing with a close button on the right top ,
Nothing is happening. If i click on close it closes the Splash and that's all.

Goggled and tried to sort out, but i doubt its not reaching any where. Any help
please.

just pres alt+tab to switch to the login window (its hidden behind the splash)
