How I Can Make Epp Client In Asp.Net Webforms C#

Hi,

I am trying to make a domain registrant service and i need to create an EPP Client something similar like Fred Client for on linux. I found one library on github but it use a .pxf certificate but i anlu have .pem certificate. i try to convert the certificate but it doesnt work. Soo any one can help me and give me something from where i can start?
