Is there an OpenGL code of lanczos resampling algorithm for image upscaling?

I had searched on the internet for the sourcecode of Lanczos Resampling using 2-lobed lanczos window function in MatLab but there is none. Is there an OpenGL code for this function. I want to upscale an image using this Interpolation method. And if possible, I also want to upscale an image using Bicubic Interpolation and Cubic B-Spline ALgorithm in OpenGL. Can anyone help me with these?
