Since you're tagging PHP, you might consider using wordpress[^]. It is a well-known CMS for your web projects - web sites.

You might consider using this website[^] and check for a comparison of the CMS system, the giants are the Wordpress, Joomla! and Drupal. Give that website a try and look for which one suits you.

I don't like above mentioned ones, I do use Wordpress - alot, but I prefer using Tumblr. it is way more secure and beautiful. You get a lot of options to edit your web blogs and web sites and you get to share photos and other stuff to a size of unlimited, wordpress has a storage limit - but there is no offline version of this one, and you would require to use their service only whereas wordpress can be used to build stand-alone websites.
