How Can I Save The Entire Page Stat Without Using Session,Cookies,Quary String,Hidden Field Or View Stat?

any one can help me with code????it like if we use ddl on first page and select some values of many dropdown and make some change in one ddl the change seens on the next page and after submit button its redirect us to first page aal the selected values of ddl remain and the change also look on the first page???
