Solution 1

ASP is stand for Active Server Pages and is about a technique to server content form some server to a remote client. It is not suitable for desktop development. However you can develop a web application using ASP.NET and then run it on local machine using local IIS (localhost)...

You can 'convert' an ASP.NET application to desktop, but a that point it will not be an ASP.NET application anymore...

1. First tell us why u need Web app to Window conversion.
2. See difference between Web and Window

3. You can access web application locallyy by publishing in local iis by Browser so whats is your purpose?
