How to retrieve information from Intranet Active Directory using C# ASP.Net in order to authentication user in the intranet

Because the IIS Server Manager doesn't have Windows Authentication
My concept is to pull username/ user info if it is the a user account in AD then the user is able to access the ASP.NET website.
