What type of data: are you trying to create some special "Word object" like a Table ?

Are you creating data that you have formatted so when you do get the data into Word it will look as you wish, or are you going to use Word to format it ?

You have not answered the question about the structure and type of data you get from the Database and what format you wish to put it in before getting it into Word.

in my application for Homeo Dispensary .in this application Doctor give Prescription letter to patient .this prescription letter is word document.name ,age, medcines,Dosage are get from data base and these data export to the word document.
