Follow this Steps :
My Account-> Manage Hosting ->Manage->Now you can find a Database Icon at page Right Side ->click that Database Icon ->Add New Database _> Go on

Hi there,

Do you have Plesk panel installed on your VPS? If yes, you just need to go to your CP--> website and domains--> database--> add new database.
