Getting difficulty in accessing database on windows 7 (client) ,database is in oracle 10g on windows server 2003 ..any one can help..

I am connecting it using net manager of oracle 10g on windows 7,before it was getting connected but from past few days i am getting error of server not accepting connection or check user id and password..
