uploading image from android client to c# server socket

hi all
I want to send an image from one android client (A) to another (B) that connected over tcp/ip socket server, first I wish to upload image from client (A) into server then send this image from server to client (B)..
any help plz?

i think that, you should using HTTP instead of TCP protocol
