This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.
"i want run application in local host lie web application" still doesn't tell us anything much: please try to explain exactly what you are trying to do, as if we were several thousand kilometres away, and don't know what your project involves at all...

ok, now i have developed a c# windows project now project is run in LAN connection but i want run project in web or in local host as like asp.net web application

What does "run in LAN connection" mean? That you're accessing database through LAN? Or that someone else runs your exe from shared directory?

Let me guess. You want to create some Internal exam kind of application which should only run in a Network(LAN). People should able to access it by typing on the web URL?

Create application in WPF. you can run wpf application as window and web both.
