gridviewScroll.min.js not happening in Ajax tab control

I have a gridview in asp.net c# and I have used gridviewScroll.min.js for scrolling gridview with freezing first row and column and it is working fine now when I put this gridview in ajax tab panel that scroll effect not happening.

I think Tab Panel have some style which is not allowing to scroll. Please check the CSS applied to the Tab Panel in Developer Tools.
