Create virtual room for flooring and wall laminate site in PHP

Hello Everyone,
I want to create virtual room in which user can select laminate(flooring contruction materials) with different color and click on flooring of upload image room then flooring look and fill change into selected laminates.so that user will be seen how look room after design flooring with laminates.

I have visit site http://www.merinolaminates.com/inspireme_inner13.aspx[^].in this site also have virtual room but they provide limited image only and change image according to select laminate.

I have been seen one article Queue-Linear Flood Fill: A Fast Flood Fill Algorithm[^] on this site.which is related to my work.In which color of image change according to user click on image area but it is not fill complete area properly.
