photo in report in a3 paper appear in diffrent place

hi all ,
i have paper a3 has 2 places one for photo and the other for student mark
i have also report in 6i ,the photo is stored in database i want to print this report
on the paper a3 the problem is that photo appear in another place in a3 not in the
specified place in a3 any one know how can i fix this ?
