Crash to add data sources in fastreport

Crash to add data sources in fast report
Hi everybody, can anyone help me to solve this problem,
when i wand to add a new data source i get this error

'an entry with the same key already exists.'

I try to change connection name and delete , recreate another connection, but It did not bring any result...
