Good afternoon I would like help to do a project for the school in csharp. I have to make a program that pass images without us we touch the pc when we pass the images in a move to front of the webcam.
doubts:
-I Cannot detect the hand;
-No Can do the webcam detect motion with his hand;
-No Can make the image change depending on the movement that is indicated.
