VS2010 Dont Recognize The crystal report

hi i use vs2010. and install crystal report 11. and also install SAP_Crystal_Reports_runtime_engine_for_.NET_Framework_4 . but the crystal report components (crystalreportViewer and ... ) would'nt be appear in toolbox of vs2010.
when i select "choose item", the crystal report components also not be shown in list of components of .Net or COM Component.
Some friends suggest to do this work:
1. first go Solution Property.
than go to....
2. Advanced Compile Option.
than...
3. Change Target Framework(all configurations) from client to full
But Properties-> Compile -> Advanced Compile Options - Target Framework is not in my vs2010
There is not “compile” option. But I change the .netframework to .netframework4
After many search I found the basic file and dll of crystal report is nit be install in my hard.
Necessary file such CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms.dll and CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.dll and … is not in my hard disk !!!!!!!!!!!!
How can tell me ……..????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!
