Display data from database

Hello Guys

I'm developing a Registration System using PHP and MYSQL. I need help with displaying only a certain number of records per page. So i feel it would be good to have a "Next" as well as "Previous" buttons to view the Next and Previous set of columns. I'll appreciate any help rendered.

What have you tried? Search for PHP paging and return when you have something to show. Thank you.
