Post method is not hitting Even after all fields are filled

Hi all,

In my MVC4 project, I have used a partial view (user contact details form)in a contact us page. form remains the same but the data in the contact us page varies according to the branches.
The problem arises here is that when i press submit button, it doesn't hit POST method (in the ContactUsController). It was working properly before I have updated EF6. Guys!, please any one help me.

Well, to me, the issue not very much clear. But my first impression would be: make sure you have a form control for your form fields (with Submit button, of course). Some code perhaps?
