Is there an add-on to make these glyphs ([+] [-]) bigger? They are the ones in the code file ex: form1.vb next to the line numbers on the left. They are the Rectangles used to expand or collapse certain sections in the IDE i.e. Namespace, Class, Module, Sub, Function, Comment.

[+] [-] where? what "line numbers on the left? Tree view? anywhere else? With what UI library? Or do you mean the behavior of Visual Studio IDE..? And so on... In principle, you can render everything in your way; it depends on how much work would you agree to do from scratch...

Just found this! Set the Font(Tools>Options>Environment>Fonts and Colors) to a very small size - like 6 and then set the editor to 200% and the Glyphs get bigger.
