I am unable to create link to Ms-Access to update the data in access from those data in SQL Server

I have created a Ms-Access database on a PC having SQL Server and created a link to update the data and it worked fine and all my data were updated.

But the problem arises when i am copying the Ms-Access database on to another system and linking it to SQL Server having the same database but only the server name differs, then i am unable to update the existing tables in ms access

if i am linking it then it creates a new set of tables in it instead of updating the existing tables and the existing macros are also not working

is there any possible way to create link so that whenever i port my Ms-Access database on to any system having SQL Server it could be linked easily and the existing Tables gets updated and the macros could run

either of the way will help me, by coding in c# or manually configuring
thank you.

Refresh linked tables!
