Why animation doesn't works properly in Windows 7?

Hai Friends,

Animations in windows 7 doesn't works properly, but it works properly in windows 8. Why is it so? Anybody could explain the reason? Whether their is any solution for this problem?

As a lot of animation does work with Windows 7 properly, I would suggest that your information is not enough (by far). Can you make a very short code sample to manifest the problem?
