Mail Server Failure through Database Mail at sql 2012

Hi All,

I am getting this issue for multiple users but in case of single user working fine.

SQL

The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 307 (2015-01-15T16:47:02). Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (The operation has timed out.).
)
