tns could not resolve the connect identifier specified

Hello experts,

I have a project in vs2010 which is run successfully when I start debugging.

but when I install setup of this project and try to run, it is showing me the error:
"tns could not resolve the connect identifier specified"

I don't know what is going on there. I need your expert guidance.

It seems you are trying to connect oracle DB...right ? Can you tell us about code where this error is there ?
