How to read keys pressed in windows phone 8.1

In KeyDown and KeyUP events for any UIElement, how to interpret which key is pressed ??


for alphabet it the Key enum of KeyRoutedEventArg give the character pressed on keyboard. But for numbers and special character it does not give the character pressed.

Please help.
