ASP.Net Globalisation to user control

Hi All,
I am having an issue with globalization in ASP.Net user control. I have created a date control for date selection it works fine but when i change the language from English to Chinese the date is shown in Chinese and I want it to be in English is it possible I have created a base class for user control?

And when I change the language from Chinese to English the control is still in Chinese I am using session in base class to get the Language and change the UIculture and Culture. everything else is working fine.
