how can I a form editable based on user role and value of one field on the form without using customization in MSCRM

I have requirement in which I need to make all fields read only for some security roles and based on one value of option set, if other value is selected in option set it should be editable for some other security roles and read only for other roles. But this should be achieved without using customization i.e. JavaScript etc.
