page load slow for first time in asp.net

while uploading files(aspx or aspx.cs) in server, for first time it takes lot of time to render and load. how to decrease page load time for first time ?

It is probably the compile time you experiencing...
Try to set your application pool to auto-start...

Open IIS Manager, choose your pool, from the right side choose 'Basic Settings', check 'Start application pool immediately'...

application pool available in iis but i have hosted in live server. how can i change that . server is not in my hand now.

You can change the idle time of your website in IIS to avoid the problem

i dnt have access of iis . i can modify the files of asp.net . i cant change iis .
