I want to add the website template editor in my ASP.NET web application.
Like if we want to create a site, there are online sites are available where we select the template and modify that template according to our requirement. Or also we can select blank template and add section from that tool i.e. menu header, text etc. I want to use that tool in my ASP.NET web application. How can I integrate that in .NET. Firstly I want to know whether that tool is available or we have to do separate coding for that.
Please help me to do this.

Not a question. Sorry, this is not a tool search service. If you want to know how to make such tool, ask your questions (more specific questions), but don't think anyone will do the job for you.
Of course there are many site-building tools, so what?

For me it sounds like having a Site Provisioning Engine, and it is facilitated by SharePoint:
