Visual Studio Crystal Reports Viewer application

Hello,

I'm looking for guidance on how to create an application in VS 2010 that can accept parameters for displaying a crystal report so that I can call it from any application. Is this possible? I'm mainly focused on CR 2013 but not necessarily limited to a specific version. Any code examples or VS projects I can download would be great.
