I started using filestream object but don't know how to execute it.I am actually a fresher

Being fresher doesn't excuse you from doing research and then asking about particular problem instead of asking for the code to end your request. Find some code about changing jpgs, look for something that is close to what you need and if you encounter some error you don't understand or need the code explained return here.

Then find yourself a simpler project. JPEG files are not an easy type to start playing with unless you just want to destroy their content. There are hundreds of useful samples in the Articles section here on CodeProject that will help you learn.

I have not understood WHY you should corrupt a jpg, so I figured out 3 possible ways to do it:
1. If you want to make the jpeg unreadable by any image editor/viewer, you can open the stream and replace the content with random bits
2. If you want to crypt and decrypt the jpg, you have to use the crypt/decrypt functions of .Net framework. You can use aes for example.
3. If you want to replace the colour of the pixels, look at the Graphics GDI+ included in the .net framework if you are working with Windows Forms or Console, if you are working with wpf, use Writeablebitmapex.
