But that's a magical answer.

You wanted list and I gave it thanks to Google. Something best for one person, may not be the best or even acceptable for another. So "Best" is actually a perception !

For a moment, I got confused and was worried as I try to be very careful with language as I understand English is not first language for me and many other on CP.

Sorry about my mistake and the inconvenience. (And I see no considerable problem with your English. :-)

But here is the thing: the notification of my comment should reach the inquirer anyway. The notifications are sent to the authors of all posts commented and up the hierarchy. When you read some comment on your post, you should take into account that it can be addressed not only to you, but to several people at the same time, the authors of the comment you commented on, upper-level comments, and so on. I sometimes use it (not this time).

I can offer such a short list of .net obfuscators:
Xenocode, Dotfuscator, Confuser, ArmDot.
Maybe it will be relevant for someone.

Solution #1 is still better than this and remains constantly updated whereas your answer wont.
