I have developed UsbScanner android app which works for some trial and get fail after some trial ?

I have developed the android app for detecting UsbDevices attached to the phone and display attached devices within List. It works well for some trial . But after some trial it gives the wrong output.
After reinstalling again ,It work well . what could be the problem ??
What should I need to consider ??

What could be the problem? Any one of a million possibilities. Do some debugging and provide us with more detailed information about your code and where it is failing.
