How can I make an image look 3d ?

Can I do that?
If yes, then I need a tag or whatever that is that can help me to make image apper 3d in html.

I USED THIS, BUT IT WON'T WORK :

No you cannot make a 2D image look like 3D image unless you take that image back to some photo editing software and do some more work on it, such as Adobe Photoshop and make use of their 3D tools and convert your object into 3D hopefully you will be able to add a few more depth to the objects making them look like almost-3D.

However, there is no tag that would make your image look like 3D in HTML, or HTML5 or any upcoming version; unless W3.org[^] takes this answer seriously.
