What are the Open Source Dll s For Email Processing System like (Email Sending,Receiving,Send Attachments,Retrieve Attachments,Get Bounced Emails).

Any one know this Open Source Software(DLLS) Please share with me the detils..

So .NET has a whole namespace for mail - https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.net.mail%28v=vs.110%29.aspx...
However this is only about sending - other functionality belongs to the mail server, so you have to look for ways to talk with your...

That's right. But unfortunately it only supports SMPT.
I recommended "MailSystem.NET" in solution 2.

Yes..In MailSystem.NET some of Drawbacks like (Attachments are Corrupted,Performance is very slow,Bounced Email unable to Read. )

Maybe you are right.
In this case you must use other dlls.
