asp.net File upload doesn't work in android webview

I have tried almost any suggestion I have found, but I couldn't make it work html file upload to work in Android WebView! I would really appreciate any help,

Please clarify your web server and your mean about Android WebView !

I have done an android application which loads a url (which is done via asp.net).
In the web project I use input file control to load images but this control doesn't work once it is loaded in webview control in android application.
I'm not sure if it is either related to asp.net or related to android!
