Issue with page auto scrolling can anyone help

Hi I have an issue on some of my pages that happens when on Pc, tablet and phones,see link to page below;

the page that has the issues


when an item is selected the page jumps down to the bottom???, I have no idea why this is happening, if anyone could give me some idea of where to start looking to solve this i would be much appreciated.

The page is written using twitter bootstrap, JavaScript & Classic asp, the selections in question are triggered by the get element by id function.
