Error message 401.2.: Unauthorized: Logon failed due to server configuration

Hi there all,
Please could you Help me.

Let me explain my situation quick.

I have my work files/projects on my external as i need to work on my home system and my system at the office and we use svn so i just have my files in one place and upload from which ever machine im on.

Now when i work on my work system all is fine, but when i come home i get this error message : (Error message 401.2.: Unauthorized: Logon failed due to server configuration) and i thought it was just my work files so i created 2 dummy asp.net projects in both 2012 and 2013 on my home system and when i run them i get the same error.

So i have gone into my turn windows authentication on and off and then into world wide web and then security and selected it, I also tried to search for Inetmgr but my pc cant find it so i am not sure what all i can do.

Please help as i need to work from home some days.
