Visual Studio 2010 undo and redo buttons disabled

Hi,

I have an issue, my undo and redo buttons are disabled.

I did search google and followed a few steps but this did not work out. For eg:
I went to: Tools -> Option -> Environment -> Keyboard and remove Edit.LineOpenAbove shortcut.

There was no Edit.LineOpenAbove.

I also restarted Visual Studio numerous times but it never helped.

If anyone has had this issue previously and know how to get around it please let me know.

Have you installed any subversion integration tools like AnkhSVN ?

nope, nothing of that sort. it was working fine up until mid day yesterday.

This is almost off-topic, using a particular IDE as a user, not a developer. Well, remove all VS related per-user data or create a new OS user account and compare. Reinstall VS. Send an issue report to MS (not very efficient :-)...
