What do you mean by "clsid errors"?

I mean i want to know, if with c# 1) i can get information of windows have firewall disabled. 2) if windows have any installer errors 3) if windows have no antivirus installed... and more like this...

The answer is "quite possibly". But without doing a lot of research I do not know how.
