Saving PDF Form data from a PDF file viewed within a Windows Application Form

I have a Windows Application form into which I have displayed a PDF form with the AxAcroPDFLib.AxAcroPDF control. The user is able to edit the form fields within this control but I cannot see how I can save the updated fields data. I can save data from a PDF file using the PDFReader and AcroFields classes from iTextSharp.text.pdf but cannot see how I can refer to the object within the AxAcroPDF control in my form. Has any one any ideas.

I feel that this should be simple but just cannot get my head round it.:confused:
